At The Potter’s House, every meal is prepared with passion and intention — from menu planning to plating. We personalize meals to meet individual dietary requirements. Prioritizing high-quality ingredients, meats, and produce is our dedication to a nutritious meal. Beyond substitutions, we focus on variety and nourishment: colorful vegetables, whole grains, house-made dressings and broths, and lean proteins prepared using techniques that preserve nutrients and maximize flavor. For guests with medical or culturally specific needs, we coordinate with care teams or family members to ensure menus align with prescribed diets and personal preferences.

Natural light and layered lighting, let in abundant daylight. A variety of chairs and sofas with firm, high seats, sturdy armrests and non-sink cushions to make standing and sitting easier. Arranged seating in small conversational groupings with clear sightlines to encourage socializing. Easy-access doors and large windows overlook gardens, and patios to provide visual stimulation and opportunities for fresh air and safe outdoor seating.

Our trained, CNA‑certified staff are dedicated to meeting your loved one’s needs with compassionate, personalized care. For mobility, staff provide safe, respectful assistance—from transfer support and guided walking to use of walkers or wheelchairs—while encouraging independence and using proper body mechanics and assistive devices to reduce fall risk. Every interaction is focused on comfort, dignity and promoting the resident’s confidence and mobility.
We use fresh, high-quality linens—not stiff, industrial fabric—to create a warm, home-like atmosphere. Soft sheets, plush towels and breathable duvet covers are changed regularly and laundered with gentle detergents to preserve comfort and scent. Rooms are pre decorated for convience, however we encourage your love one bring in their own personal items to create a living space that feels familiar, cozy and just like home.
